My approach to counseling is empathic, practical and collaborative. According to the American Psychological Association, “Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives” and that's exactly what I am aiming for. You will receive constructive feedback and pragmatic suggestions on how to enhance your quality of life. My training and experience has been broad and has included counseling individuals with a wide range of mental illness and doing performance training for musicians and athletes.
