I am scheduling one-to-one sessions through the High Performance Program at the Brookline Community Mental Health Center. Just fill out an email request or call the number posted on the contact page. We will schedule a session at your convenience.
I don’t live in the Boston area. Is it possible to have a session over the phone?
Yes. I am also available to do sessions using Skype.
How do I know performance training is right for me?
You won’t know until you try it. Most individuals will determine very quickly what techniques work for them.
Do you accept any health insurance plans?
Yes. I can accept most health insurances for the sessions.
How many sessions will I need?
Typically, clients report that performance training is effective after 3-5 sessions. But every person responds differently, so this number varies.
My teacher referred me to your services. Will you be discussing our work with her?
No, unless you ask me to talk to her. By law, I am not allowed to disclose to anyone that you are meeting with me. Once you contact me, everything we discuss is confidential.
Can I bring my instrument to our sessions?
Yes. In fact, doing some hands-on work with the instrument can be very beneficial. Whether you play in session is up to you.
What are your credentials?
I am a licensed psychologist and health service provider in Massachusetts. My license number is 9406.
